Habitats are 'Home Sweet Home' for animals.This means that the natural homes of animals are called habitats.Different animals need different kind of habitats.For example natural home for a fish is a river or a sea that means a place full of water.Similarly natural home for a parrot is a tree ,where it can make a nest.
Also different animals need different amount of space.Habitats can be as big as a forest or can be as small as a burrow.Some animals like lion need large spaces to roam whereas animals like starfish can live in a small water body.
